Refund and Returns Policy

Here’s the scoop on our refund and returns policy – you’ve got 30 days, like a full month of Sundays. If the calendar flips past that, we’re in a pickle because we can’t do a full refund or swap.

Want a return ticket for your item? It’s gotta be like it never left its couch – unused and chillin’ in the original box.

Now, not everything’s returnable. We’re talking no-go for stuff like food, flowers, or anything that perishes faster than your leftover pizza. Also, off-limits are the personal and intimate items, anything that’s a safety hazard, or stuff that could go up in flames.

And just a heads up, we can’t take back:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care goodies

Got your receipt? Great, you’ll need that for returns. And don’t just ship it back to the maker, send it our way.

If it’s kinda used, opened media like CDs or DVDs, or missing its parts, we might have to talk partial refunds.

Refunds

Once we get your item back and give it the once-over, we’ll shoot you an email. If it’s all good, we’ll start the refund dance, and your credit card or payment method will get the party funds in a few days.

Chasing a Ghost Refund?

Double-check your bank account first. Then give your card company a nudge – sometimes they drag their feet posting it. Bank still saying nope? Reach out to us at {email address}, and we’ll play detective.

Sale Items

Full price items can get refunds, but sale items are like last season’s sports scores – final.

Exchanges

Got a dud? We swap defective or damaged items. Shoot us an email at {email address} and mail the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If your present came tagged as a gift and sent straight to you, you’ll get a gift credit once we get the item back. If not, the refund goes back to the person who gifted it, and they’ll know you returned it.

Shipping Back to Us

Pack up the item and send it to: {physical address}. You’re on the hook for the shipping fee, and it’s not part of the refund.

Living far away? The exchange time might stretch.

For pricier returns, consider tracking your shipment or getting insurance because we can’t promise it’ll arrive.
